Jumelage Sign Dedication Ceremony The Massachusetts Winchester Jumelage Association dedicated a sign honoring Winchester's French twin city, Saint-Germain-en-Laye, France. For 26 years, since 1990, Winchester and Saint-Germain-en-Laye have been twin cities. A short story of how these two towns became twins is told. The sign now stands on the west side of Winchester's Town Hall.
